Jonathan is an Associate with Wilson Paul Architects. He has amassed over 20 years’ experience in the construction industry across a broad range of sectors and studied Architectural Technology at Dundee and Angus College, gaining a HNC diploma. Jon has been, and continues to be, instrumental in ensuring the practice meets the highest technical design standards. He attributes to the team a wealth of project experience from high profile key restoration projects to specialist care facilities.

Since joining our team in June 2008 Jon has demonstrated a pride and passion for detailing - developing elegant and often bespoke detailed design solutions to some of the most challenging projects seen in the practice. Although experienced in a wide variety of building projects, he has particular knowledge in the health & residential care sectors – his skills here are essential to the completion of these projects in the office. Jon is also particularly skilled at on-site management and the day to day running of construction projects, helping to deliver many successful projects to completion on-time and in budget. He is also responsible for the CAD management system in the office, including the on-going CAD/BIM training of our staff members.

Outside of architecture Jonathan enjoys spending time with his young family and friends, and is passionate about football. Outside of work he is also somewhat of a master at challenging home improvement projects and enjoys putting his extensive technical knowledge into practice with making
