Angus graduated from Dundee University in 1978 with an Honours Degree in Town and Country Planning.

He worked within Local Authority and private practice before becoming a founding partner of James Paul Associates and now part of the Wilson Paul team.

Angus has handled all aspects of Planning since the inception of the firm. He has vast experience in all aspects of Planning applications and legislation. No job is too small or too large having worked on a range of projects from small domestic applications to advising on strategic major planning applications.

He has also advised on a range of planning appeals and has an impressive success rate of overturning decisions.

Angus is now a consultant and retains a strategic overview of all Planning related projects.
