Description
Located in the historic town of St. Andrews this site was formally an independent private school which closed its doors following a merger with local school. Phase 1 of the project was to convert the listed school building into headquarters for the Trust.

The headquarters provided much need meeting/committee rooms, social spaces and overnight accommodation for its members. Phase 2 of the development consisted of 20 luxury apartments fitting of the Hepburn Gardens area using natural stone materials and extensive areas of glazing offering superb views over the surroundings. Quality materials finish all apartments with granite worktops, natural oak flooring and doors.
