Project – New social spaces in vicinity of main Lecture theatres to promote informal learning and social interaction

Description

Working closely with the University of Stirling Estates Team, we set about designing a series of modern, bright and enhanced learning environments linking directly to the existing lecture theatres.

Taking into consideration the ever changing learning methods deployed by the University, we created a flexible collaborative space offing more private personal study 'booths' with a large emphasis on connection to the excellent campus gardens.

 

The design incorporated space for individual working spaces as well as social gathering areas giving students from all courses a comfortable, modern place to learn.
