Description

We were appointed to design a number of new key buildings for Errol Airfield as part of a wider masterplan for the site. Of primary importance was the required provision of new lettable commercial start up units. These units were to have a high quality contemporary design, with ample glazed areas, and the ability to be flexible in their spatial provision. As a result we designed the units with an innovative modular approach, allowing the units to be smaller singles or doubles, flexible enough to allow for further space should the new business grow and equally capable of becoming a smaller unit as the market dictates.
