Description

Crust is a popular & busy city centre food outlet in the heart of Dundee. We were engaged by the Client prior  to his obtaining the retail unit, which used to house the Santander Bank. At this early stage we were able to advise the client of the best options in terms of operational and space planning, as well as Planning restrictions that may have affected the operation of the business.

We prepared intial design proposals incorpating the client's specified catering equipment and options for customer circulation around the store to best benefit the business at peak times.
