Formally known as Wimberley housing this former student accommodation fell into disrepair. Dundas appointed JPA to bring this development to life by converting and refurbishing the old student blocks into 36 private dwelling houses.

 

Based within walking distance of Ninewells Hospital these properties proved popular with the private sale market. The properties where brought to life with new cladding and roofing systems and thermally insulated up to modern standards.

 

The properties have been finished with distinctive smooth render in various colours and boast individual landscaped areas.
