Little Italy is something of a St Andrews institution. The popular restaurant however was in need of a large degree of maintenance work to the existing fabric, which was failing in areas.

The client was keen to retain an authentic  and traditional Italian atmosphere and aestetic, which w worked in collaboration with them to achieve.

 

Key to the sucess of the project was ensuring thet the refurbished retaurant complied withh all of the fire safety and regulatory standards required bu the Building Standards. In most cases, such as this one,  a Planning Application to display signage was required is ensure the the propsed met with Planning Laws. We were able to obtain this consent for them, as well as the production of licensing plans.
