This former country house hotel was converted into a residential care home for the elderly and offers extensive gardens in a peaceful rural Perthshire setting. JPA where commissioned to extend, refurbish and restore Ruthven Towers Care Home to safeguard the building’s traditional features and history whilst ensuring all areas are compliant with modern Care Inspectorate requirements associated with care homes.

Refurbished and upgraded to the highest standard, Ruthven Towers offers tasteful private en-suite bedrooms, private studios and 1 bedroom flats along with all associates accommodation and services. Lift access was provided to all areas of the building whilst the upmost care was taken to restore the traditional house back to its former glory.
