Description

Moyness is well established care home with extensive grounds located in Broughty Ferry.

The proposals are to add an 11 bedroom extension and also completely refurbish the existing home to bring it up to the very best current standards.
The building is a Listed Building and is located within a Conservation area. Planning approval has been granted for the extension and associated refurbishment works.

All lounges and dining rooms are located so as to exploit the views south over the mature gardens.
