High quality Mid-Market rent aprtments for Hillcrest Housing Association on prominent city centre corner site.

Project – St. Andrews Bowling Clubhouse

Client – St. Andrews Bowling Club Committee/ Private Developer

Contract Value - £1.2m

Description

Located in the historic town of St. Andrews the existing bowling clubhouse was no longer fit for purpose and knocked down to accommodate a new state of the art clubhouse befitting of the club it serves.

JPA set about designing the new facility with a large first floor function hall large enough to accommodate many functions including wedding receptions. The design also incorporates a private members only bar at first floor level. Both bars feature full length full height bi-folding sliding doors offering unrivalled views over the green.

Along with new changing facilities, conference and meetings rooms, away team and visitor bar and fully functioning kitchen this building will play a large part in the community for years to come.
